ORRERY: the model didn’t get it wrong. It got the wrong context.
A context layer drawn as one working model on a dark floor. Six kinds of source on the left (data, APIs, documents, sensors, applications and agent memory) send what they hold along conduits through four glass stages (gather, rank, assemble, deliver) into a circular core, which assembles one context window per request and records it. What the model produced leaves on the right: insights, automations and actions. Moving the pointer near a source wakes it and sends a signal; the list below does the same from the keyboard. Drag to turn the model; scroll or pinch to zoom; double-click to bring it back.
